The most cost-effective economic comparisons emerge from developable land made available from reduction or elimination of detention ponds. Another area where PICP yields significant economic benefits is reduction of flows (due to infiltration) to waste treatment plants that process combined sanitary and stormwater sewage. The presentation also covers where opportunities lie in delivering the tool to transportation and stormwater agencies and consultants. This session provides an overview for road testing the tool in PICP projects by industry, consultants, academics and project owners.
