Effective use of Geosynthetic Materials in Hardscape Construction for Long-Term Performance
Get an introduction to geosynthetics that includes functions, soil and soil properties, geotextiles, geogrids and geomembranes. You’ll learn:
• Five primary functions of a geosynthetic
• Which type of geotextile is considered excellent for its filtrations properties
• Which type of Geogrid would typically be used for pavement reinforcement
• Which Geomembranes provide containment and are used with what other geosynthetic materials that provide separation
The webinar is an elective for the ICPI Residential Paver Specialist Course and ICPI Commercial Paver Specialist Course, as well as one hour of continuing education for renewal of the Certified Concrete Paver Installer credential.
