Upselling to Homeowners

Upselling can expand the scope of a project, make my sales efforts more efficient, and help your company become profitable.  When you’re doing the job estimate, show some logical extras to entice the customer to make a few upgrades.  Most clients aren’t sure of what they want…or how to express what they want.  Ask questions so that you can “Customize” their new hardscape space to their needs.

Here’s what you’ll learn by participating in this webinar:

• Listen to customers and ask the right questions
• Lead your clients down the paths you want them to go
• Communicate to customers your expertise by educating your customers on best practices for design and installation
• Learn the extras that are almost automatic sales

The webinar is an elective for the ICPI Residential Paver Specialist Course and counts as one hour of continuing education for renewal of the Certified Concrete Paver Installer credential.
